  1. Yeah, Sully from Monsters, Inc, because the Kids in the clubhouse ran around imitating that movie and the players loved it. So awful. Almost as horrible as untucking their jerseys.
  2. This help? http://www.vonage-forum.com/home-wiring-installation-guide.html
  3. Why? They have 2 of the top 20 % 3pt shooters in the league but run ZERO offensive sets to get them open 3's. Their offensive sets are built on Mid 1990's staples when illegal defense was a thing.
  4. It's almost like having too many cooks in the kitchen and too many different voices trying to vie for favor with ownership might cause problems. If only there were a recent 30 year long example of this type of organizational structure causing a team to struggle to succeed.
  5. Yea this looks really bad. I had no opinion at the draft as I was all in on the Donovan Mitchell wagon at the time. But really just didn't know anything about DJ other than vs UW and the tourney run last year, so i went into the year with no opinion and willing to give time. But he looks like he has no chance. In the GLeague his rebounding numbers have been laughably bad too. I saw something totaling up minutes played by rookies (who haven't been hurt all year like a Fultz or Giles) and he was so far behind everyone else it was shocking. At the time he'd played like 30 mins and no one else had played less than like 400, obviously just best guess remembering but it was something of that nature. That's a really bad sign there that he can't even get on the floor. He can't get on the floor at their position where 2 guys are hurt and they are resorting to playing Middleton at the 4.
  6. I don't think anyone has run a 46 as a primary defense in the last 25 years, as the short passing game absolutely shreds that defense (and that's what every team can run now). Couple posts on Pettine and how he likes to utilizes players versatility. https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2013/5/30/4378242/buffalo-bills-mike-pettine-defensive-scheme-defining-versatility https://www.dawgsbynature.com/2014/2/20/5428416/mike-pettines-2013-buffalo-bills-defense
  7. That exposition would've been way better than the 30 minutes on Casino Free the Horses planet.
  8. I know he's only a Junior but I'm gonna miss Ethan Happ once he's gone.
  9. I mean, DeAndre Jordan shot 72% from the floor for the season last year on 7.1 attempt a game.
  10. A lot of that is just timing. He will most likely not even be top 10 in salary by this time next year. Yep, by resigning him before the season is up, a chunk of his cap hit goes on this season, so his cap hit down the line won't be as bad.
  11. Gotta get the stuff that doesn't freeze until -25 or so. Definitely worth the extra $1 a gallon.
  12. It's not a farce, it's a fact. Teams on a B2B fare WAY WORSE. https://www.numberfire.com/nba/news/11922/are-nba-teams-playing-back-to-back-nights-at-a-disadvantage
  13. I believe Leonard was in the top half of defensive coordinators in the Big Ten pay-wise, and only slightly behind an established d-coordinator in Schiano despite being in his first year as a coordinator. I think the assistant pay stuff was a crappy excuse given by Bielema as his reason for leaving more than a serious issue, IMO. It's really not. Leonard is making 600k. Aranda is making 1.8 Million at LSU.
  14. Same Jason Kidd who predicted 50 wins this season? No other NBA team has such a gap between talent and results. Kidd needs to go. If they lock it down every night like they did to Jimmy buckets and the wolves in the 4th quarter tonight 50 wins+ is the type of team they are. Against the wolves on their 2nd of a B2B, who had 3 starters had all played 40+ minutes the night before and played 36+ last night? It's almost like they got tired in the 4th. I wonder why? Yes, if they regularly outscore teams 27-12, they'll win a lot of games, but if they regularly go down 20 in the 3rd quarter they won't.
  15. Bucks lose to the lowly Bulls for the 2nd time in 11 days. Jason Kidd blames the team for not enough "Energy and Effort" for the 147th time.
  16. What about the important question though, is Joe Flacco an elite quarterback?
  17. Yes they go in but not with 1.9 seconds left and having to rebound the ball. You would have about .5 seconds after the rebound to get a shot off assuming the rebound is clean. If it is a long rebound it is basically .1 seconds which isn't even possible to get the shot off. If the clock was at 4 seconds then yes it would be a bad idea but with 1.9 seconds remaining there is no chance for you to get the rebound and then shoot. The clock doesn't start until the ball is touched on a rebound. It was an incredibly stupid decision and once again proving that Jason Kidd has no strategic basketball acumen.
  18. Capers needs to go, especailly because it's disturbing how many guys have left and had more success with other teams, however, the defense has had it's moments since the 2011 playoffs. Just last year the defense absolutely destroyed the Seahawks, getting 6 turnovers in a 38-10 win. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/201612110gnb.htm Week 1 this year, they had a similar dominating performance against the Seahawks. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/201709100gnb.htm
  19. Agree completely. He'll be 60 next season.
  20. Apparently NBA 2K17 messed up and released the 4th jersey. http://news.sportslogos.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Bucks-city.jpg
  21. Trammell should've been a first ballot guy, glad he's in. He was the 2nd best SS during his career, just happened to play in the shadow of Ripken. His best 5 seasons are amazing. He raises the standards of the Hall. Morris is on the short list of worst guys voted in ever.
  22. If they trade for Jordan, I would wager that he walks in FA this summer and ownership lets him so they can extend Jabari and stay under the luxury tax.
  23. I guess he just believes in the team. Maybe it's good for them to have to learn to hit those clutch FT's before it costs them playoff games? I don't think I would have had done it if I was in his situation but I don't think its all that outrageous the more I think about it. Maybe I just think Kidd is a decent coach. Think back to the dumpster fire coaches we've had over the years, whether it was Terry Stotts, Larry Krystkowiak, LARRY DREW....Kidd is the best IMO. Stotts has proven he's a damn good coach for years out in Portland. The fact is, in the NBA you actually need talent to win games, and the two years Stotts was here, he had virtually none. I mean, his second year they started Charlie Bell and Reuben Patterson the entire season. There is 0 excuse for fouling up for with 12 seconds left. You make them score and stop the ball when they try to bring it up court. They are playing the clock in that situation.
  24. I think I'm the only person who watched it and didn't fall in love with the show. I have tried 3 times, and nothing makes me feel anything for the characters. I had a similar experience with Walking Dead. Maybe my years of Brewers fandom has left me an emotional husk of a human being....
