  1. Sabathia has been giving up a lot of base hits lately, but that dude knows how to limit the damage better than anybody.
  2. Line-up: 2B Rickie Weeks SS J.J. Hardy LF Ryan Braun 1B Prince Fielder RF Corey Hart CF Mike Cameron 3B Bill Hall C Jason Kendall LHP CC Sabathia
  3. Bill Hall is 3 for his last 27 with 14 strikeouts. Other than that, I have no complaints.
  4. Before you know it, the last homestand of the year (Pit and Cubs) will be completely sold out. I'm glad I got my tickets early. I just can't imagine what that stadium will be like during that homestand if we are closing in on a playoff birth or just on the heels of somebody.

  6. Come on Soup. Let's get an easy inning here.
  7. Come on Soup, you couldn't throw a better 0-2 pitch than that?
  8. Is it just me, or is Sanchez another one of those guys who is just a thorn in our side?
  9. Yeah, where is everybody? At the game? Quiet night tonight.
  10. Wow, my controller almost went flying into the TV. They started playing some pac-10 crap on FSN here in Eau Claire but then switched it over to the game. Thank god they televise these WMLW games.
  11. Man, Campillo was just asking for trouble that whole at-bat with Pujols. He was hanging pitches left and right after getting the count to 0-2 and Pujols finally took advantage. Braves now losing.
  12. Line-up remains the same as yesterday: 2B Rickie Weeks SS JJ Hardy LF Ryan Braun 1B Prince Fielder RF Corey Hart CF Mike Cameron 3B Bill Hall C Jason Kendall P Jeff Suppan
  13. The point of this thread is to name a few players who annoy you the most (could be retired or current). Whether they are mediocre position players who always kill the Brewers (Jack Wilson), mediocre pitchers who kill the Brewers, former Brewers who went on to do great things with other teams, players who hot dog it around the bases after every homerun, or players you just plain don't like. Mine would be: 1. Aramis Ramirez 2. Carlos Zambrano 3. Albert Pujols
  14. Fontenot, Theriot, and Reed Johnson continue to play over their heads and that just annoys the heck out of me. But Ryan Dumpster continuing to pitch great after two very mediocre seasons in a row annoys me more than anything.
  15. Doesn't help that the Cardinals last four opponents have been Florida (who is falling fast), Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and Atlantahttp://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif

  17. Yeah, he has to at least keep that in the infield. Oh well, we're up big.
  18. I swear, Corey Hart will swing at ANYTHING. Nice hit Cameron. Let's go Hall.
  19. Wow! Grand slam! Willy Harris. lol
  20. It seems like all the playoff contenders have been facing really crappy teams lately. And it continues this weekend. Meanwhile, the Nats have the bases loaded with nobody out.
  21. How wierd would it be if the Cubs clinched the central and the Brewers clinched the wild card on the same day while playing each other in that last series? Or vica versa? I wonder what type of celebrations there would be on the field that game.
  22. Reds score in the 8th to get within one run. Unfortunately, they had Patterson and Paul Bako leading off the 9th facing Wood.

  24. Hopefully we can get at least one of these teams in the wild card chase to lose today other than Florida. It seems like everybody is playing well right now (or it could be that every team in contention has been playing crappy teams).
