  1. haha, yeah I know. I was thinking about doing pink again tomorrow if we won, but I don't think so anymore. As a side note, Florida has scored 10 runs and Philly 8 runs through 5 1/3 innings tonight. We have scored 20 runs the past 8 games.
  2. Ramirez has thrown 57 pitches through 2 innings and we have a grand total of 1 run. Doesn't Cincy have a pretty good bullpen? We're gonna chase Ramirez early, but then their bullpen will shut us down the rest of the game.
  3. Because Yost is as stubborn as my 85 year old grandma. He just doesn't want to admit that Hall is absolutely useless at this point.
  4. At this point, I'm not even surprised we only scored one run that inning.
  5. There is no way Gamel will get a start at 3rd base this year. No way. Hall could go 0 for his next 40 with 26 strikeouts and play terrible defense, and Yost will still start him against right-handed pitchers. Anybody hoping that Gamel will get a start anytime soon might as well give up hope like I'm doing.
  6. If this actually happens, then the whole going pink idea will have failed miserably.
  7. Dear Jeff Suppan: Pretend it's late 2006 and you're pitching for the Cardinals. Dear Brewers offense: Pretend it's Mother's Day 2006 and come up with some heroic hits.
  8. Go pink tonight. It can't hurt. http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i289/brewers0048/lF8vOZqM.jpg Jeff Suppan (10-8, 4.56 ERA, 60 BB/80 SO) http://cache.daylife.com/imageserve/01Jg8BOcSe6fQ/340x.jpg Previous starts: DATE OPP RESULT IP H R ER HR BB SO GB FB TBF #Pit Dec. 9. The offense is atrocious and the bullpen is an embarrassment. Ahh yes, the September collapse continues.
  10. Cameron K's and Counsell and Kendall pop-up. Game over.
  11. We need an absolute miracle with the way our offense has been going lately.
  12. Couldn't have said it better myself.
  13. This in-game thread is about to get really long.
  14. Can we pleeeeeeeeeease add an insurance run or two with our 3-4-5 hitters up? Please.
  15. Florida is threatening in the 9th, but Wes Helms is up now.

  17. Are you really that concerned with how many posts somebody has in a certain period of time? Looks like somebody needs to find something better to do with their time. If you were made the official message board post monitor, then my mistake. Otherwise, lame.
  18. September has been absolutely brutal so far. Terrible hitting, bad defense, and bullpen meltdowns.
  19. Might as well throw Gamel out there if Hall is gonna play defense like that. With the way our offense has been going lately, this game is likely over.
  20. Lots of channel flipping, but more of the Brewers.

  22. I believe we have a chance to decrease our magic number to 14 if we win and Philly loses their double-header tomorrow.
  23. Ben Sheets! Great win. Let's get the series win tomorrow.
  24. Seems like he's killed us all year. Maybe not killed, but played pretty well.
