We've actually been playing like crap for over a month now. -
I know what you're saying but that was a terrible framing job by Contreras on that pitch.

I could see Myers and Patrick being a big part of next year's starting rotation.

If you want home field over the Phillies, then I think it matters a little bit. Still need to get one more because I don't think the Phillies are losing this weekend.

Yeah who's hitting the ball well right now? I honestly can't think of anybody. Bauers had a nice run for a bit but has cooled off. We're just not very good right now and it's painful to watch.

Our offense stinks and the Reds have the lead. That's probably game right there.

We are definitely limping into the playoffs, injury-wise and just playing bad baseball. I don't have a ton of confidence in our offense right now and the pitching staff is completely beat up.

Jansen has to be near the top of the list of the most worthless trade deadline acquisitions of the past few years.

This series has Cardinals sweep written all over it. Hopefully, the Reds and Dbacks can do us a solid.

Skenes gave up two runs and threw 33 pitches in the 1st inning so I'm not getting my hopes up for a Pirates win tonight. We just need to take care of our own business.

Based on the pitching matchup, the Brewers should win this game 10-2 but I'll take any kind of win at this point.

I wonder where we rank as a team hitting with RISP since our 14 game win streak ended? We have to be near the bottom of the league. To me, that is the biggest difference between then and now. Just not coming up with those clutch hits. I'm not going to complain too much about taking two of the three from Cardinals though. Gotta beat up on the Angels next.

Completely agree. We've had a good month now of not playing good baseball and the Phillies are on a roll. We just need to win the division and get to the damn playoffs. The end of the regular season is just dragging on.
