    Is there any doubt he'll be the backup catcher on OD? Or does he play a few weeks or so in Nashville first? Just seems like he's been in AAA for years now.

    Let's move on to 2026, guys. Biggest question this offseason will be whether they trade Freddy. If not, they'll have him, Miz, Patrick, Priester, Gasser, and Myers all candidates to start. Am I forgetting anybody? Perhaps they bring back Woody on a one year deal. We know they won't sign anybody else.

    That is a super depressing viewpoint but you sadly might be right. We aren't spending in the offseason so we can trade for Shelby freakin Miller at the deadline. Wow.

    Yeah this is 1000% on the offense. Historically bad showing.

    This is just so lopsided. Really makes you appreciate just how good that 2018 team was.

    Like last night, just keep the game close until you can get into the Dodgers bullpen.

    I believe Snell is scheduled to pitch game 5. At this rate, we might not have to worry about that.

    Other than the Chourio HR, this is just a repeat of last night.

    Yelich is completely and utterly lost at the plate right now. I mean, he's swinging at pitches that aren't even close.

    The Brewers are swinging at everything whether it's in the zone or not.

    Snell is done. Hopefully we get early season Sasaki tonight.

    Maybe Sasaki comes in and absolutely stinks and we steal one. That's about the only chance we have. We're not getting to Snell.

    I've heard people speculate that Brewers-Cubs fans could be split 50-50 at the game tonight. Hopefully that is just a dramatic estimate.

    Would this be the worst loss in franchise history? I would say yes. Losing game 7 to the Dodgers in 2018 was no fun but losing to Cubs under these circumstances would be beyond brutal.

    This series is over and it's not the Brewers winning it. As a Wisconsin sports fan, I've seen this movie before and I know how it ends.

    We stink and there's really no way around it.

    Being the #1 seed in all of baseball is really cool but man we stink right now. Offense stinks. Defensive miscues left and right. Pitching has been just ok. I mean, maybe we all of a sudden turn it all back on in a week but I'm not exactly confident in that right now.
