  1. Oklahoma earned the 4 seed, but they are far from the #4 team in the country.
  2. I doubt they have someone go 9-15 from 3 for multiple games in the playoffs. Great resilience to fight through and win.
  3. Any system that a team could go undefeated, and have zero chance at a national championship is a terrible system. That is what we currently have. UCF went undefeated a couple years ago, beat an SEC team in a bowl game, and were not close to the playoffs.
  4. They might deserve it but $$$$$$$ will win out in the end and that means Penn State. Not sure PSU would be more money. They were just there in 2017, and the Badgers were last there in 2013. Badgers travel really well for the Rose Bowl
  5. When you can only throw 5 yard outs and slants consistently, it makes it really easy for a good defense to stack the box.
  6. And OSU switches to a zone in second half, and the Badgers have 20 yards of offense with 3 minutes left.
  7. Well that, and the fact that Fields is about 1000 times better than Jack Coan. Do you feel the scheme is limited by what Coan can do? 100%
  8. The biggest talent gap is at QB. Would love to see Mertz QB the bowl game, to see if he is for real.
  9. No coincidence that it has been since Orr got hurt.
  10. The KC game may have gotten easier. Mahomes left the game with a right knee injury. Hopefully, not too serious as I don't like seeing any big stars get injured.
  11. 99% catch rate is obviously not a routine play.
  12. 5 hits to score 10 runs. That is tough to do, especially with no home runs.
  13. Wouldn't the California schools be banned from bowl games/NCAA tournament? Or at least any players that took money. This is a California law. It has no bearing on the NCAA rules.
  14. These refs in the Chiefs/Colts game are brutal, along with questionable replays as usual.
  15. Matthews just got called for another bogus roughing penalty. Officiating is so inconsistent that it is hard to watch.
  16. Lol...the same strategy that has helped them win 18 of the last 20. Now people question why they do it.
  17. I don't think he tagged him. His glove went down on the backside of the plate, while the runner's hand was on the inside. The catcher brought his glove back, but not in time.

  19. I'm at work, unable to watch. Why do you say this? Suarez called out on a borderline strike in the first. Brewers getting the benefit of similar pitches for walks in the third. Seems like an inconsistent zone so far.
  20. Someone will get ejected from this game....
  21. No doubt that it was a strike. He never pulled the bat back, and ball only missed it by two inches. Not sure what he was doing. Almost like he froze, and didn't know what to do. Are you sure that’s the rule? The applicable MLB rule says that a strike is a pitch that is “struck at by the batter and missed”. Just holding the bat out isn’t “striking at” the ball. Of course, the batter froze with a fastball heading right for his face. closecallsports.com has a write-up on it since there was an ejection on the play. Very good website to follow for all ejections and unusual plays.
