    Hardy has been having back spasms so I assume they are just trying to give him back to back days off to rest it. Seriously, some people are just ridiculous tonight. Hardy's been able to hit ok, but he hasn't been feeling great for a few days. If he's out it's probably warranted. Yeesh. *Note: that doesn't mean I don't think the lineup sucks, but I'm not exactly going to crucify Yost over it. edit: And Bob just noted that Ned wanted to give JJ 2 days off.

    To whoever asked about refreshing the page and not seeing new posts: The reason is that the URL explicitly states the last post to show, so you have to change that to some number larger than the last possible (i.e. start post + 25) post on the page, and then you can refresh and see new posts until another page is created.

    Obviously it has no effect on the game, but I like to avoid direct mention of it. Like the whole team leaving the pitcher alone while it's going on, I love that. Just fun idiosyncracies that make baseball what it is.
