    It's all becoming clear to me. See, God saw that the pathetic Brewer fans were all excited to be ONLY a game under .500 in July. He chuckling to himself that while he knew he created mandkind flawed and weak, he didn't think they would ever resort to cheering on the personofication of "failure." To teach us a valuable lesson he decided to test our wills. Thank gosh for beer, else I would be completely broken.

    Naa, 3 runs in 6 innings. It's a funny thing to call that quality, since a 4.5 ERA is mediocre at best for a pitcher. I don't think Hall will ever get a hit again.

    Man its a good thing Yost let Santos hit in the 5th so he could pitch that one extra inning Yup. I guess all those arms rotting in the bullpen are too tired from inactivity.

    So Sutton sreams "HR!" I jump up and go in the other room. I come back and the inning is over and ot's 3-0. Let me guess, Sutton is an idiot. EDIT: I see, I assumed it was a HR when I heard Sutton wailing with euphoria. I shall be more careful not just listening to his inflection. UGHH.

    We are lame. That sure sums it up nicely. This works out perfectly. 1 game away from .500. Time to go on a huge losing streak and get swept out of Miller Park.

    Sutton sounds so darn happy when the Brewers get embarrassed. Go back to California. I see your point, but trying to go the opposite way can do absolutely no harm. You don't see how it might hurt a dead pull hitter to try and hit the ball the other way?

    Bill is talking about how .500 won't even be close to winning the wildcard. Really Bill? Thanks. If Hardy is incapable of hitting the ball on the ground to the right side, can he really be considered a future #2 hitter? With the pitcher after him I'll bet ya he was more concerned with just getting a hit. Would be silly to sacrifice the runner over so Santos can NOT hit the ball out of the infield.

    There we go. I will personally be motivated to learn how to parse play by play data, so I can find out EXACTLY how many runners at second have made an out on the basepaths for the Crew. It has to be insane comapred to other teams.
