What confuses me is the message that is sent by yesterdays moves. On one hand we acquire veterans and downgrade our draft pick in a win now type deal (though they still only have a ceiling of mediocrity). Then, instead of taking high floor draft picks, they select developmental prospects. So now the Bucks have three or four develomental prospects on their roster who can't really help the team win now (Sanders, Harris, Leuer, Hobson). Furthermore, none of them have the type of ceilings that creates hope for the furture if they develop. So we're on a mediocrity now-mediocrity forever treadmill, have they never heard of the term "NBA Hell".
