    The noon start on Sunday (assuming there is a Game 4) has screwed me, as I have to be at Lambeau on Sunday. While I would normally give my extra tickets away, even Pedro has financial limits. I have four tickets, Section 323, Row 1, seats 1-4, plus a parking pass. They cost me $235. I want to offer them to Brewerfan members before I go to outside sources. If interested, let me know.

    I've vowed to not get angry during the playoffs...but that Hart AB is really testing me.

    TV set to TBSHD, volume at 0 - check Radio set to Jim and Bob - check No business meetings on the calendar - check Wild Card t-shirt - check Scorebook (for some reason I feel like scoring the game) - check Adult beverage (Midleton Irish Whiskey) - check Sabathia pitching - check Yep, I'm ready!

    I spent the entire game in a long, dull meeting. Gameday on my iPhone wasn't working. I had a friend text messaging me inning-by-inning and then pitch-by-pitch 9th inning updates. Three times I missed a question asked of me because I was reading the IM and/or trying to get Gameday to work. The Brewers lost. I enjoyed every minute, because it was playoff baseball. I can hardly wait for tomorrow's game.

    I went to sleep calm and peaceful (with some help from a glass of Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban). I woke up this morning with butterflies in my stomach. I can't believe how I excited I am for this game.

    How about option C = Reschedule? If they are good customers/clients that really know you, they should understand. They are a great client. Also my largest. But I'm presenting a project we've been working on since January that has already been delayed and rescheduled once and has people traveling from around the state to attend. At least it's not a home game!

    Crud. I have only one meeting all week and, of course, it's from 2-5 p.m. on Wednesday. Now, the question is DVR or Gameday on the iPhone during the meeting?

    Wait, this coming from the person who wrote this yesterday: I fully expect them to lose by 4-6 runs tomorrow, with Sveum taking out CC early so he doesn't get hurt for his next team once they are losing by enough runs. And of course the Mets will win easily with Perez. This team has no heart and hasn't played a complete game well all month long, so there is no reason to believe that tomorrow will be any different. CC is overworked and can't do it alone. For the record, I gave my tickets to someone who hadn't had a chance to go to a game all year. I wish I had been there, but enjoyed it online and on TV with Brewerfan.net Nation.

    In 1982, as a seventeen year old, I passed up a chance to go to a Brewers playoff game to go to a party instead. In my youthful ignorance I believed I'd have plenty of opportunities in the coming years to go to a playoff game. I have regretted that decision for 26 years. Finally, come Saturday night, October 4, 2008, I will be able to put that mistake behind me and attend a Milwaukee Brewers playoff game. I am beyond words. I am going to savor this week like no other, no matter what happens.
