    I love all the old people that reply saying "THESE ACCOUNTS HAVE TO BE FAKE". I'm not saying they don't have facebook, I'm saying that there is no way of knowing if this is really their accouts. I have a JJ Hardy account that I just made for fun. These could be two friends just messin' around on the internet, which is more common than professional athletes chatting on eachother's walls.

    That could be the worst thing possible for this franchise right now. I guess I don't see why there are so many that dislike Yost. All he has done was handle a bunch of young talent and has them on the verge of their first winning season in 15 years.

    I'm not throwing in the towel as much as I am looking at reality. The Brewers started off 24-10. Since then they are 34-40. So what team are they really? That team that played ridiculously well for 5 weeks or the team that has been below average in a below average division for 3 months? I'd guess the Brewers will play about .500 baseball the rest of the way out and the Cubs will win the division by 3-4 games. I think we need to give this up. Sure, we started out great, 24-10. Then, we went 10-20. Then we went 13-3. Then, we went 11-17. So, does this mean in another couple of weeks when we hit another hot streak we are all gonna be happy again?

    I think he meant that guys with big contracts won't be effected by having to travel through waivers.

Wow and the grammer checks as well if I wanted to deal with that crap I would go back to school. If you are not giving any real info to the conversation like the Red Sox Gagne deal is done the only thing left is Gagne has to waive his no trade clause, then turn off your computer. This board is for educated Brewer fans that all have a mutual respect for each other. We can differ in our views of the team, but we still do not resort to name calling or insulting other posters.

    Since the Gagne thread seems to be headed this direction, I figured I'd just make a Cordero Thread. I wouldn't be all that thrilled to land Chad, but it wouldn't be horrible, depending on the package we would have to give up.

    If you had asked me 3 years ago, who would be the best player on the Brewers in 2007? I would have answered Rickie Weeks. He has been a huge disappointment. As for surprise, I can't say that any batter is doing that much better than I expected, or any pitcher for that matter. However, the fact that Vargas doesn't seem to lose for us is very surprising, so I'll go with him.
