    The Reds passed the Brewers for worst run differential in the league after being outscored 24-1 in their last two games!

    I don't see how Montreal is a no brainer. Yeah the stadium sucked but nobody showed up for games. Since players will be paid in U.S. dollars and the Canadian dollar is right around $0.80 to the U.S. dollar, any owner is going to be paying more than an average owner in Cleveland or Denver. Other than nostalgia, what exactly does Montreal have going for it right now?

    After what Dombrowski gave up for Kimbrel, I could easily see him giving up that much for Lucroy.

    Jungmann averaged 92 on his fastball last year and several times a game he would hit 94-95. This year it's 90.1 and he tops out at 92. That's a pretty huge difference in one offseason.

    He's on the 60 day DL. I can't imagine him being an option until August or September at the earliest.

    You realize Broxton wasn't the only player they got for Rogers, right? He probably wasn't even the main piece in return. And there's only 14 months age difference between Carter and Rogers. And Carter has been at least an average bat the last 4 years. I would've let Rogers start at 1B this season too. Until that deal was offered. That's way more than I thought we'd get and it was a pretty easy deal for us to take.

    That referee was awful in the last 15 minutes. Awards West Ham a penalty after a major dive by Winston Reid. That flop was probably as bad as the dive by Vardy in the box that gave him his second yellow. Since Reid was already on a yellow, that should've been another and a red which makes it 10 on 10 with Leicester still holding the 1-0 lead. Then after West Ham take the lead Huth is grabbed around the neck by Ogbanna right in front of the ref. Nothing is called and it looks like Leicester's last chance to get a point is up. Then in the last seconds, I don't know if it was a makeup call or not but a terrible penalty call gives Leicester the chance to tie it. That ref should be suspended.

    Maybe he's not any good at CF? You can't just make players what they aren't. He may be, he may not be but we shouldn't be playing Eric Young Jr. in CF over him. He's never going to get better playing a position if he never gets to play it and when the guy playing CF over him is a career AAAA scrub, it makes no sense.

    I'd only do it if the Red Sox also sent significant prospects our way. The more money we pick up, the better prospects we get. Since Boston probably isn't going to be willing to do that, there's no deal to be made.
