  1. YES! YES! YES! GO RANGERS!!!!!!!
  2. Not even close. OPS by month. April: .946 May: .824 June: 657 July: .716 August: .934 September: .711 October: 1.000
  3. They must've heard me because now they went widescreen and I can see everything.
  4. Fox scoreboard nowhere near my screen. In fact anything they show is nowhere near my screen so I can barely see any graphic they put up there. Fox sucks.
  5. I'm surprised that Rivera came back. I'd imagine it's Lucroy and Kottaras for the forseeable future. Maybe he just wants to go to an organization he's familiar with and one that's one catcher injury away from him getting the call?
  6. That's not a bad team. It's actually pretty decent. I got totally screwed on my goalies. I'm desperately looking to trade for one in my league, I seriously had three goalies I was looking to draft in the 4th round, I was picking 60th overall Cam Ward goes 56th, Semyon Varlamov goes 57th and Niklas Backstrom goes 58th. Just like that, all three goalies I looked at were gone so my best goalie is Dan Ellis who is splitting time with Mike Smith. I just picked up Anders Lindback but Pekka Rinne is likely to be back next game so he's not going to get much playing time. I have a trade that offered one of the dudes. I give Nicklas Backstrom and Matt Cooke for Ilya Bryzgalov and Andrew Brunette. I'm hoping that goes through, he's pretty weak at center and Backstrom would help him there, plus he has Craig Anderson as another starting goalie and Rick DiPietro is a capable backup. I got screwed in my first week due to lack of goaltending. The only things I lost on on the offensive side were goals (by 5), PIM (by 10), shots on goal (by 7) and faceoffs won (by 30) but I didn't win a single goalie category. I tied in games started (3) and shutouts (0) but lost in wins, goals against, goals against average, saves and save percentage. Boo I say.
  7. Ugh. The Rangers winning this game just brings me back to game 1. Just hold to a 5 to freakin' nothing lead and you're up 3-0 in the series.
  8. Post your team, we'll see if it's good. Very happy with the Predators start to the season 3-0-1 against the Ducks, Blackhawks, Blues and Capitals. And a little over three of those games have come without Rinne. Admirals, very disappointed so far. Great first game against Abbotsford, Pickard epically fails in the second game against Peoria, can't hold a 2 goal lead in the 3rd period against Chicago and lose in overtime and then the next day they have a 1 goal lead in the 3rd period against Chicago and lose in a shootout.
  9. Weeks should've easily won Team MVP.
  10. I still can't get behind this. Even with Greinke I don't think this is a playoff team. Why are we wasting cheap assets in the hopes that maybe we get to the playoffs next year. Then we lose Fielder and Greinke is in the final year of his deal and we're left with draft picks. Pass.
  11. Hockey started making a comeback after the lockout. It's just you who's getting into it. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  12. The crowd was rocking tonight. If people took the Gameday crowd as a typical crowd at Wisconsin, they didn't watch the game.
  13. Milwaukee finished one game ahead of non-threat Houston, so wouldn't that make the Brewers a non-threat as well?
  14. I'd rather be drinking before the game than standing in a stadium.
  15. Cubs Yankees A's Cardinals Braves
  16. Words cannot describe how much I hate the Yankees.
  17. Loved watching the Gophers go down 4-0 to Nebraska-Omaha at home, then come back to tie it at 4 with under 4 minutes left only to have the Mavericks score with a little over 1:30 left.
  18. I know they have safety lines, but seriously. Maybe it's just because I hate heights.
  19. Private Bank Family Day which is 4 Stern and Bow tickets, 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas for $44. I would choose Stern which is sections 204-210 because the Admirals attack that net twice. 4 of those tickets would normally cost $68 for the Stern sections and $64 for the Bow, plus 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas so you're playing saving around $30. Here's a list of Family Day's. November 7th - Chicago December 12th - Oklahoma City January 2nd - San Antonio January 9th - Hamilton February 20th - Texas March 13th - Peoria March 27th - San Antonio April 3rd - Peoria April 10th - Grand Rapids There are several promotions throughout the year, though the ticket prices remain the same for them. http://www.milwaukeeadmir...promos.html?date=2010-10 I don't know how old your daughter is, but she might like some of those promotions. Still, the prices are pretty affordable overall, especially for the entertainment and how close you are to the action and this is the first time they raised ticket prices in at least five years.
  20. Jeffress needs quite a bit more seasoning imo.
  21. One of my favorite Family Guy moments ever.
  22. It's not the first time Allan has done this. He's horrible and has been for years.
  23. Fine. His ERA was 4.5 through August, which is mediocre and pushing 5 at the end of the season, which is bad. As long as Gallardo was available, Suppan was a terrible choice to start game 4.
  24. Here's my problem. Who's better, Suppan or Gallardo? I think the answer is pretty obvious there. Now if Gallardo wasn't available, fine, go with Suppan but he pitched in the game so he obviously was. Now if you need Suppan out of the bullpen, use him later.
  25. Until Scheppers starts full time, he wouldn't even be in the top 20 for me. The only place Castro's bat has been impressive is in the Cal League. Maybe you could rank him ahead of Gamel because of positional value, but that's it. I'll take Gamel over Wallace as well.
