I don't think it's necessary to have something that conveys the organization is part of a certain sport. I just look to see if the logo is cool, if I'm curious about what sport they play, I'll check to see if I don't know. I do agree though that the Rattlers on the jersey is weak. I also agree that there are too many hat logos. The W with the snake wrapped around it is cool and the R with the snake tail completing the R and the rest of the body and head as part of the R I also like. Those are enough.

Makes sense that he would want to come back to the Brewers. He's already won two rings, so he's not desperate to get one, so in that case I'd just want to stay close to family instead of having to rent someplace and be away. Nobody plays hockey in the South, well some do like Blake Geoffrion, but top prospects in the South are so few and far between that there is really no advantage in the South. And even when I mentioned Geoffrion, he went to school in Michigan and then Indiana. He knew he wasn't going to be recognized in Tennessee, so he had to go where there was good competition. If he stays in Tennessee and plays against the few teams there where he is easily the best player they're going to wonder is he really a good player that would excel in Michigan, Minnesota or Wisconsin or is he just an average player beating up on the crappy competition?

I don't think the divisions are fair. You have teams like Minnesota and Texas that have to travel through two time zones for half of their division games while teams in the AL East don't travel through any time zone. Same thing with Houston, St. Louis and Chicago in the NL West. The best thing they could do is add two expansion teams in the South, I'm thinking Nashville and Charlotte which are both bigger markets and far enough away from other teams where there would be minimal complaining about taking away viewers and then go to the NFL format with divisions with six four team divisions. AL West - Angels, A's, Mariners, Diamondbacks AL North - White Sox, Twins, Indians, Royals AL East - Blue Jays, Red Sox, Yankees, Tigers AL South - Orioles, Rays, Rangers, new Nashville team NL West - Padres, Giants, Dodgers, Rockies NL North - Cubs, Cardinals, Reds, Brewers NL East - Phillies, Mets, Pirates, Nationals NL South - Braves, Marlins, Astros, new Charlotte team Season starts in late March or early April. I think Blake Geoffrion has two brothers playing for them. They are also hosting the 2012 Frozen Four in Tampa because they are the closest school that plays hockey.

Just watching them, Bennett is clearly not as good as Gudmandson, so why play him after Gudmandson gets a shutout? Bennett has inflated stats against crappy competition. Holy Cross, Alabama-Huntsville and Michigan Tech before Minnesota. Gudmandson has gone against the #3 team in the country and the #13 team twice in addition to Minnesota, Michigan Tech and Alabama-Huntsville.

Dear Coach Eaves, Gudmandson is a far better goalie than Bennett. Stick with Gudmandson. Also, I like Anthony LaPanta much more when he is an announcer and not the host for Wild Live.

Are the coaches for Minnesota that clueless or are the players just that bad at executing? It was pretty much the same thing everytime for the Badgers. Go along the wing and have a trailer filling the center of the ice for an easy pass and shot. Realistically the score should've been about 10-0 the way the Gophers were playing defense. They made absolutely no adjustments on what should've been something very easy to adjust.
