2015–16 Official Pro Wrestling Thread (WWE, TNA, etc).
patrickgpe replied to patrickgpe's topic in Off-Topic Forum
i love NXT and am looking forward to ROH replacing TNA impact on Discover America. I rarely watch smackdown and usually start raw Raw by 9pm on DVR and can catch up by 1015 when it goes off the air. -
saw these on real gm, poster says that these are believed to be close to what will be unveiled on Saturday, i like them. I hear that Parker leaked that the bucks will have a blue collar though. These look pretty close to the bucks uniforms of the early 90's

i agree with you, with a limited set of available numbers, should really be reserved for national player of the year. I think its a great idea to honor players like Wade by having a packers like ring of honor, but to retire numbers in college should really be way more selective.
-
interesting article on marquette's retired numbers http://www.anonymouseagle.com/2015/5/27/8663217/marquette-basketball-sacar-anim-haanif-cheatham-george-thompson-lazar-hayward i guess i never put 1 and 1 together to realize players can't wear jersey numbers that end with 6-9

Ben Hendrickson is the one that comes to mind

Smith suspension reduced to 6 games (post 27)
patrickgpe replied to Ennder's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
probably this is a case to give 8, so smith serves 4. -
Very interesting article, i think Marquette would have as good of a chance as anyone else to sign the greek freaks brother. could be another 5 star recruit for Wojo http://iowastate.247sports.com/Bolt/Kostas-Antetokounmpo-A-five-star-talent-37281247

the closest thing has been a jersey sock that the bucks are selling, could give you an idea of how the piping will look (not a fan if true, was hoping the bucks had marquette / denver nuggets piping)
-
I think the bucks 2 greatest needs this offseason are a inside and outside player that can shoot: Some mock drafts i have seen today have trey lyles falling to the bucks; i'd love this. I also like Bobby Portis as backup option. While i am not a badger fan, Kaminsky kind of fills that role, but i can't see how he will be able to play inside the paint at the NBA level. Other options that intrigue me are Montrezel Harrel, Kevin Looney, and Tyus Jones.

Marquette's '77 championship, with McGuire announcing it was his last season with the team
-
Rowsey could be huge; they really need a scorer. I know marquette was looking at Damion Lee, who is going to Lousiville haven't heard much about other players. The article in todays paper did say that Wojo would bring someone one but they would have to be a carlino player that can make a difference.

1st round pick rookies sign a 4 year deal; after that they are restricted free agents which the bucks have the ability to match. This means that Giannis will be restricted in 2 years and Jabari in 3. It would be up to the bucks to match any free agent offer.
-
thats a concern but the salary cap is scheduled to skyrocket, so to get Middleton locked in for a 4-5 year deal at around 9-10 million shouldn't hurt the bucks too much moving forward.
-
obviously the bucks will have to change their plans as they were planning on having Larry Sanders fill the role that Lopez would. The bucks were pushed around in the playoff series. I just wouldn't give 17 million+ to a guy who is rather soft. Zaza fills in well but isn't much of an offensive threat.
-
I'd rather have Middleton than Lopez, for the reasons stated above by posters. the bucks still need to find another big body somehow this offseason. I just don't think Lopez is the guy.
-
new uniforms will be unveiled on June 6th at a block party. I love the idea to make an afternoon festival out of it. I really want to go.
-
i believe that on deck has replaced photo night. Autograph fridays was also a night feature that they had a few years ago as well for kids. I just don't see it coming back.
-
i agree; my point was that the brewers are going to have to get way worse to get better; i understand that if done smart its not a 5 year thing like in Houston.
-
it seems that Mark A, wants to run the brewers like Herb Kohl ran the bucks. I don't want a decade of mediocrity to appease the fair weather fans. Seems like Mark is content on keeping the team good enough to put butts in the seats and an occasional fringe playoff contender. I wish he would look at whats going on in Houston, as a reference on how he should be rebuilding now.
-
regarding coaches; he did signal out Kranitz, Sedar, and Narron when he was asked if he was given the option to bring him some coaches. got to think if he is considering replacing Coles with someone else
-
I like the idea of making Melvin a team president and finding a younger GM. I personally think the game has passed him by, but he is still a great baseball man. You can't win with a bunch of players swinging for the fences which is what he tried to do in Texas and here.
-
this is a little over the top. I would have preferred to name Counsell the interim manager and if Melvin is gone the new GM can decide if he should be retained or he can bring in his guy. I also would like the brewers to get a top 5 pick. I hope Counsell shows that he would be a good manager over the next 5 months; results not withstanding.
-
streamng online and i am sure the local TV stations will show it
-
my gut tells me its Narron, i hope its Counsell or Gardenhire.

The 2014 Packers wish to argue.I should have been more clear. One game should never define a NBA team. Football is completely different since there are far less games. any that the playoffs are single elimination not best of 7
