I wouldn't I read the game thread from northsidebaseball (which at least count was 128 pages). They can't believe they lost to the lowly brewers and they are declaring that there team is over. My favorite post is this though anyway last nights game is in the past. I think the second time seeing hill will be better for everyone. I look for another brewers win.

we still have serious pen issues tonight

I dont think this changes anything, he will be up when he is ready, while the increased offense would help. I think he will be up when we need a dh
  6. patrickgpe
hope you don't have to do that tonight though

the alternative ones are worth more but I never saw them go for that much. the only one up there now someone is trying to sell for 43 and is having no luck and its a white one.

I am going to game #6 already tonight. I plan on cheering Lee when the lineups are announced and thats it. I think he deserves a warm welcome but won't get one.

agreed, i remember all the excitement about him in 2000/2001. He is atleast a decent option in the of. With the number of of's we have I don't see him making it Milwaukee though.

i got it for 20 bucks at best buy. Well worth the money since I was 2 during the season. Even though I have seen brewers classics and heard stories, it was awesome to see how much the city embraced that team. I hope one day that may be the case with the present day brewers.

this is the last game on wmlw that won't be seen outside Milwaukee due to the Bucks.

i would rather try to get all 13 bobbleheads and use the money on games instead of all that leg work for something that will be hard to display and probably as limited potential to be a valuable collectors item.

found this site while looking at nfl mock drafts. Has the first mock draft I saw for this june. Don't follow the draft that closely quite yet and I know I will know more about these players as we get closer to it, but wanted to share it with everyone. 2007 mlb mock draft

yeah, in great fashion too. Zambrano blew up in the 6th after hitting his homer. Good start to the weekend.

I don't think there is a said age, ie at 26 you are no longer a prospect. I would hope though at 24 and 23 respectively Parra and Jones stays healthy and moves up in the system. with their background of injury problems you don't want to rush them. I would say though that once you are 6 years in and not in the bigs, you may not be a prospect anymore.

You are brave to wake up every morning, you are brave heart.

Rick Vanden Hurk, rhp, Marlins Born: May 22, 1985. B-T: R-R. Ht.: 6-5. Wt.: 190. Signed: Netherlands, 2002. Signed by: Fred Ferreira. Signed at 17 out of the Marlins' Dutch academy, Vanden Hurk was one of the better European finds for the club under former international scouting supervisor Fred Ferreira. A converted catcher, Vanden Hurk has pitched for just three years but is polished. He's also one of the hardest workers in the Florida system and has great makeup. Shoulder tendinitis slowed him early in the 2005 season, and an elbow problem caused him to be shut down in August. In between he made progress at two Class A stops. A strike-thrower, he pitches at 88-92 mph and tops out at 94 mph with his fastball, which has late life. He tightened up his curveball and used it more often, as he did with a developing changeup. Mound time is a must for Vanden Hurk, who still lapses into bad habits mechanically, such as throwing across his body. Though he figures to start out back at high Class Jupiter for the third straight year, he still projects as a No. 3 or 4 starter in the majors.

  23. patrickgpe
