  1. There is no longer power 5 schools in college football, but rather 2 conferences that matter. I would imagine he would want to coach in one of these 2 conferences.
  2. I think Leonhard is choice #1, he can be evaluated for the rest of the season. I do think Leipold should be choice 2
  3. The trade doesn’t look after 1 week, but it looks like i will pick up my first win nonetheless.
  4. I agree with those that were surprised. He has earned the right to have a bad season. I think this has more to do with the prospects of Leonhard getting a job after the season and wanting to retain him rather than Chryst’s performance for the first 5 games this year. Now Macintosh can evaluate him and figure out how he wants to blow the whole thing up or keep on with Jim Leonhard (hoping for the latter). Last time they went against the Wisconsin way it was a disaster.
  5. Since I’m 0-3 and don’t have much to lose, traded Austin Ekeler and Antonio Gibson for Najee Harris and Cam Akers. I don’t really want to trade Ekeler low, but he isn’t doing anything and we don’t get points for receptions. Also Robinson is due back soon for the Commanders. At least Harris is the clear #1, and Akers had a good game last week. I don’t think Henderson is that great, to handcuff Akers. The trade value sites I looked at put this as a clear loss for me, but I don’t think the trade is all that bad.
  6. Cutch is a FA after this year, he is making 8,5MM Navarez is a FA after this year, he is making 5MM Rosenthal 4.5MM (prorated so much lower) and Rogers 7,3MM (prorated so much lower) is gone, Cain's is off the board except for 1MM, (he was making 18MM) Hader also made 7MM this year, that they won't have to pay arbitration for. so thats 31MM for Cain, Navarez and McCutchen plus whatever they were paying Rosenthal right there. I get that there will be arbitration raises. I like Peterson, but I don't think you can plug him in at 2nd everyday. I think you have to pick up the option. I get that attendance is down, I wouldn't expect that the brewers payroll will go up next season. Maybe they can sign a FA that can equal Wong's production, but 10MM seems reasonable.

  8. I have been thinking for a while on what I want to do after Brewers season since there isn't much reason to be paying 95 dollars a month for direct TV stream. Decided I will go with YouTube TV since I loved their interface and I do get a 10 dollar discount as a recent (new) T-mobile mobile customer.
  9. Its a great problem to have 3 good young CF's. I agree, they probably will move one, I don't think there is much rush to do so right now.
  10. I always thought between Woodruff, Hader or Burnes, Woodruff was the most singable. If he will take this deal, do it. Trade Burnes with 2 years of control to get maximum return.
  11. I was awarded Jahan Dotson and Garret Wilson this morning. Realized that I had to drop one for a TE if Kittle cannot play again, so I kept Wilson and picked up Garret Everett. It was a tough call but went with the higher pick. I had some vets that I could have dropped (DK Metcalf, Miles Sanders mainly). I also have Hollywood brown, but wasn’t comfortable dropping any of the 3.
  12. I agree, you can skip right on my. I do agree it would make sense to put them in their own forum. There is value in that they can be discussed in the forums if necessary. I won’t get too upset either way though.
  13. my top WW claim this coming week. Garrett Wilson #2
  14. If Stearns wants to go, the Brewers would be smart to force the Mets to trade for him this offseason rather than just letting him go next offseason. Stearns didn’t have a great trade deadline, (and not rally a good one last season too, but that gets ignored). That being said he has a long track record of success. Arnold would most likely move to a team president role, with really no decision making experience with the him and Mark A hiring an GM. I don’t think thats a great situation.
  15. I'd take that. Jones is going to be a 50/50 split with Dillon. Harris will be the clear favorite. For the life of me, I don't know why people draft someone high and then panic and sell low after week 1. I drafted Ekeler #3 overall which isn't going well, but not ready to dump him. In the end i don't how the fantasy outlook is much different between jones and Harris.
  16. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2022/09/mets-conducting-interviews-for-team-president-sandy-alderson-to-eventually-transition-to-advisory-role.html Anyone see any chance that Stearns isn't the Mets team president by Halloween? I don't. Also I do not think that is a good thing.
  17. I had a guy drop Dawson Knox to get Taysom Hill. I think thats worth a waiver claim as a safety net for Kittle. Current backup plan was Albert O .
  18. Picked the wrong guy on Sunday which cost me a win. Debating if I want to keep Albert O or pick up Hill (if possible), since Kittle is back to questionable. Probably won’t use a claim and go to the back of the WW priority either way and see what happens after the WW claims are processed.
  19. Ha, I loved his TE availability. Im going to see how Albert O does tomorrow before making a claim.
  20. i was able to. maybe because i did it right after yahoo notified me it took a few minutes. i feel better with the bengals d than the packers as a streaming option. with it being week 1, i don't do too much roster movement until i see some gameplay / stats, unless in this case there was an injury.
  21. Kittle is officially listed as out on yahoo FF, and I was not able to move him to my IR spot, so I don't think my league allows it. Was going to stream Cinny defense today with the open spot, oh well.
  22. Albert O is my TE this week. thanks everyone.
  23. @Ron Robinsons BeardI agree, was just taking a temperature of others out there. I don't think he will contribute much. even as the lead back, he didn't do that much earth shattering.
  24. anyone have thoughts on Henderson long term. He is currently on my WW. I don't think the Rams have much interest in running the ball. Even though he was the lead back, he still only got 13 carries for 47 yds. He also got some receptions.
