If a mod thinks this thread is a duplicate feel free to lock. I thought it might be nice to have an in-game thread all its own separate from the NCAA thread.

I think this is going to be a close game. I'll take UW 67 - 62.

Lucky me, my parents moved Easter to today since I'm going back to La Crosse tomorrow, so I get to go out to eat by my grandma's in Kenosha at 4... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif

I'm not sold that Marquette is going to get blown out. If there jumpers and outside shots are falling and they can get the Lopez twins in trouble then i like there chances. But they are going to have to try to score near the basket and there problem all year has been finishing near the basket.

Wisconsin 70-65

Stanford 67-62- Stanford's a good defensive team, and Marquette can be pretty good defensively, too. I'd be surprised if either team gets higher than the low 70s.

Kansas State 65

Wisconsin 57

Beasley destroys Wisconsin down low. While Wisconsin's interior D is outstanding, Beasley is that much better.

Marquette 72

Stanford 68

I suspect that MU's outside shots will be raining down, negating the Lopez twins' defensive presence. Offensively, Brook Lopez keeps this very close.

landry and krabbenhoft cover beasley. I'm honestly worried, I would have been much more comfortable with flowers on mayo.

almost time to hit the bar to catch this one! GO RED!

All three of them take their best shots, but he's too big for Landry, and too quick for the other two. I have a feeling we're going to see a Beasley clinic this afternoon.

Wish I could've seen the KS St game to see what they're all about. I can't even form a prediction. Hoping hard for a Badger win so I can root them on in person when I'm out in Detroit for the NCAAs next weekend.

Beasley could go for 40 and the Badgers will still win. Cover him man to man, and see what happens. If the Badgers execute their game it won't be a problem.

We all know that we won't know how Marquette will fair until we've seen the first few minutes. Their fate is completely dependent on with Marquette team shows up. Is it the team that beat Wisconsin and blew out Notre Dame? Or is it the team that struggled against Syracuse?

Up 10 with 7:17 in the first half....anyone still nervous? K-State looks like they're trying too hard and not letting the game come to them. Wisconsin looking strong.

Did I see that right? Stiemsma with 13?

I guess NCAA tournament of your senior year is a pretty good time to establish a new career high.

Edit: Whoops, I did not see that right. But 7 points at the half at least means he can't get more fouls than points today!

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Thank God for Flowers or this game might have been a blowout. K-state is making the Badger bigs look like a bunch of unathletic stiffs.

Beasly is a beast.

Hopefully the hot Badger shooting keeps up because if it doesn't the 15+ point advantage in the paint might hurt.
