Suppan's probably not going to get knocked out early. If the game gets absurdly out of hand, they'll have him throw his 100 and then turn to Spurling/Capellan for the rest of the way.

Well then, screw it. He's already given up 5 runs. Just leave Suppan out there to throw 115 pitches, and save our bullpen for a game when we might actually need it.
