4/22/08 Cardinals (Lohse) at Brewers (Yost): 12:05 PM CDT

[GormanHarvey]

C'mon CC - get those guys in here

ouch...that was ugly

[PrinceFielder28]

Time to keep it rolling Ryan...time to rip another one

[trwi7]

Jesus, Ryan crushed that. Too bad it was foul.

[BrewCrewForever]

Man well 1 run is okay, but could have had more.

[Scooter1027]

Man well 1 run is okay, but could have had more.

Yeah, that was a great opportunity to pour it on. There's no way St. Louis doesn't add more before this is over, so we have to stay on the attack as well.

[moofnelson]

I still can't figure out how Parra didn't score on the bad throw when Weeks stole second. Unless he was standing on 3rd base, just watching. If he has any kind of short lead, he should have scored easily. I hope that run doesn't come back to haunt the Brewers.

[Fear The Chorizo]

Gross is excellent at stinking for two weeks, then starting to get hot just as he's about to head back to the bench - he's great at leaving a good last impression/statline.

[moofnelson]

I guess Pujols has his own "special" strike zone.

I can't wait until Pujols becomes a DH.

[BrewCrewForever]

Man I hope Ned has someone getting warm.

[Fear The Chorizo]

lol - that was awful

[GormanHarvey]

This is where Ned will fail to realize that Manny is D-O-N-E.

[moofnelson]

Get Parra out of the game before the Cardinals are up by five.

[BrewCrewForever]

Alright Stetter getting warm. Parra not looking so good, if he can pitch a game with a low pitch count once he might be able to go 7 or so innings.

[PrinceFielder28]

Double, Balk, and a wild pitch...to score a run...wow that is plain ugly

[Brewer Killa]

When thinking about the rotation I would think that Parra is with no doubt the weak link. I know bush gets his share of blame but he is far and away better than Parra. I think Manny may need some more time before he is set in our rotation. He kills the bullpen by only going 5 or less every start.

[GormanHarvey]

Hello, Ned?? Manny is tired...

[BrewCrewForever]

Okay pull HIM NOW NED!

[trwi7]

Parra was on the bases as well last inning. How long is Yost going to tempt fate? Probably too long.

[PrinceFielder28]

how long of a leash are they going to give Manny? he should be getting pulled right now before this explodes

[BrewCrewForever]

They are leaving him in for another batter? Oh boy why do I see something bad happening here.

[GormanHarvey]

This is why people get mad at Ned!! at least its why I do

[BrewCrewForever]

How long is Yost going to tempt fate? Probably too long.

I am also thinking fate will be temtped to long once again.

[PrinceFielder28]

Ned is playing with fire...please pull him now!

[Fear The Chorizo]

Parra hasn't been working ahead all game - he's going to have to start doing that if he wants to pitch more than 5 innings a start.

Right now he's a lefthanded Vargas for this team

[BrewCrewForever]

Oh boy.
