wow that's some terrible luck for Suppan. He hit a shot up the middle that either hit Wells' foot or the mound, and took a high hop right to where the 2nd baseman was standing (although he was up the middle quite a bit)

I've seen ski masks on Pujols and Yadier Molina...in the field, they have them pulled up over their head, but during their at bat the masks are around their neck like a bunched-up turtleneck. Every player on the field is wearing sleeves, but no Brewers are wearing anything to cover their ears, unlike those pansy Cards. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

 

During the pregame I saw coaches on both sides with gloves on in addition to sleeves.

Prince juuuust missed getting that one out of the park...Spezio had to reach up to get it while running pretty hard.

Even though that was an out, Prince is just raking. It is great to see him hitting so well early in the season

Progress, I guess. At least they got 1 run from having the bases loaded. Years ago, they wouldn't have been able to get 1 in. All the guys left on base is going to come back to bite them soon....hopefully not THAT soon.
