Jenkins: Wow Mr. Wilson, what a nice golden sombrero you have.

Wilson: Thanks its the second one I've gotten this series. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Jenkins: Gee, think I could have one.

Wilson: Only time will tell if you are worthy enough to wear it.

Jenkins: Actually, I think I'd rather wear this luxurious double play. It really brings out my ridiculous facial hair.

Wilson: (nods in agreement)

LOL, okay, apparently Preston is just gonna strike out against everyone this series. But I'm telling you, he's way overdue! Watch out for him in the next series against Pitt. And god forbid this game goes to extra innings....

I want to love Capellan, but other than a strong fastball, what does he have? He has a decent slider. But what was it that made him such a highly touted prospect?

Oh yeah.. the 100mph fastball that doesn't exist.

Do you think he doesn't have the ability to throw it anymore, or has he been ordered to tone it down and get some accuracy.

Who has the best nickname for the Capuano/Capellan combo?

The first thing that popped in my mind was Cap Guns.

LOL. Good one!

Did Fielder just take the ball out of Turnbow's hand? Or do you still send T-bow out there in a non-save situation (been a while since he pitched)?

I've got egg on my face and it feels so good. Ned looking like a genius with Cirillo in there. I thought maybe Hall could have sat instead of Prince but Hall has been $$$ tonight as well.

And last week I was calling for Capellan to be sent down to find another pitch. His line since: 5.1 innings pitched, 1 hit, 0 runs, 6 Ks.

What a great performance by the Brewers tonight. Great pitching (so far) and extremely good RISP hitting. Awesome to see and very encouraging. The second game of the Mets series was their first solid win of the season, and this (hopefully) will be their second.

Two solid wins in five games ... on the road to elite teams ... very positive to see.
