Lots of afternoon baseball today including three NL Central foes, Cincy, Pittsburgh and St. Louis.

As for the games, Chris Carpenter has a no-no thru 5 at Pittsburgh.

"His whole life is a fantasy camp. People should plunk down $2000 to live like him for a week. Sleep, do nothing, fall ass-backwards into money, mooch food off your neighbors and have sex without dating... THAT'S a fantasy camp."

The Bucs' catcher broke up the no-no in the sixth, but Carpenter has only thrown sixty-eight pitches through six.

He may go for the complete game.

Cards lead 2-0 on 2 solo homers off of Santos. Those are the only 2 hits Victor gave up before getting pulled.

Edit-Mets get a hit in the 6th to break up perfect game.
