I'll invoke superstition and continue the lower-tech approach while pretendastronaut is away. Lineups per JSOnline:

Brewers

2B Felipe Lopez

CF Mike Cameron

LF Ryan Braun

1B Prince Fielder

3B Casey McGehee

RF Bill Hall

SS J.J. Hardy

C Jason Kendall

RHP Yovani Gallardo

Astros

CF Michael Bourn

2B Kaz Matsui

SS Miguel Tejada

LF Carlos Lee

3B Geoff Blum

RF Hunter Pence

1B Darin Erstad

C Humberto Quintero

LHP Wandy Rodriguez

Come on, fellas, put together another honorable game.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

This ought to be a good matchup. Wandy beat us into submission last time, and Yo should probably bounce back and pitch something similar to his first outing against Houston. Lets hope yesterday's whupping (pronounce the H ala Stewie and his cool WHip) will carry into a series win for Milwaukee

You guys are acting WHeird.

Come on now...there isn't even a H in weird.........On a serious note did it look like Braun wasn't running top speed on that DP

Yes, I mentioned the same thing on another board.

What a weird inning, the Brewers load the bases on a K, HBP, and BB, and all three outs were bullets off the bat. The good news is Wandy looks hittable today.

Too bad that ball didn't get into the corner. We would have been up 2-0 and Fischer would have waived another out at home in.
Recent games aside, Yo would have been that out at home...I highly doubt Yo would have gotten the windmill

I was just kidding. I use google chrome, I dont have the ability to change my ink to blue.

gotcha...although on a side note, it would have been amusing to see what Yo would have done in that case

I don't think anyone is surprised Brewer Killer Geoff Blum is having quite the game against us so far. Hopefully we can continue to get runners on and finally push a few across against Wandy.

If there was one guy in baseball who I wished the Brewers would never have to face it would be Geoff Blum. He just kills us every game, Jason Micheals seems to be progressing in that direction too.

Last overweight Reds bullpen arm we snagged late in a season has worked well for us. Good to see him back. Better than many of our current options.

Blum's OPS against us is nearly .800 in 66 games before today. 100 pts better than his average. Feels worse though. His defense has killed us too.

Once again, Brian Anderson pronounced "groin" as "grow-in." He's a wonderful announcer; I just wish he wouldn't kill that word.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

Can't believe Wandy worked 7 complete after tinkering around in the first couple of innings at such a high pace. Those DP balls really bailed him out and we seemed to get less patient.

Their pen is suspect so we could scrap something together, but I worry that this is the same old lazy day game Brewers that check out early.
