Please, please, please...can we PLEASE trade Fielder already? I cringe every time he has the ball in his hand. His hitting doesn't make up for all of these errors and unmade plays. Plus, he has a temper that runs even hotter than T.Plush (Go ask Manny Parra)! Get that jerk off of my team already!

I don't think walking Kotsay to get to Lucroy is a bad idea. For force purposes it makes some sense.

Yep, 100% serious. I'm not sure if you can search my posts or not but I have been calling for the team to trade him for 2-3 years already. He plays zero defense, quite possibly ruined Manny Parra's career (look at the pre-dugout fight stats and the post-dugout fight stats) and is so amazingly streaky that he is not an asset to the offense. Sure, when he is hot he is scorching. When he is in a funk he is good for 2-3 pitches per at bat with either a K, a pop-up or a lazy 4-3 grounder. This team will not miss him.

 

Edit: ...and it's not just the "occasional error". He is possibly the worst 1b in the league right now. He doesn't even make the routine plays anymore...
