I give Aoki credit. He's turned into a solid player. Is he great? No. But he's cheap and producing well.

 

If the club could get a good deal for Gomez, I'd be okay with Nori in CF next year. Play Gamel in RF perhaps.

Aoki also had a nice throw to gun Prado out at 3B on a Heyward base hit. Aoki has met my expectations this year.

Yeah, when I saw Venters look at third, I just expected him to turn and go to first. When his arm started the throwing motion, I smiled.

I do. Just pick five blown games and we would be sitting on the edge of our seats every night. I know, most teams could say that, but our pool of blown games is quite larger than most.
