davego, what does it feel like to see a road win? You all should make sure I'm not travelling to see the team....

I am the road curse. Then again, in SF, I saw Jamey Wright and John Snyder as starting pitchers. I didn't have a real chance.

Had my fantasy league all-star party tonight which was preceded by 18 holes of golf....yeah, I'm doing OK.

 

Thank goodness the party site was about 3 blocks from home and an easy walk back.

Not to mention the Brewers won and the cubs lost. 4.5 up sounds sooo much better than 3.5.

Attended the game by myself tonight thanks to half price online tix. Good seats, good people sitting next to me, annoying behind me. The loss drives me to drink.

 

Seriously, how can you claim to be a Brewers fan, hate the Cubs, yet be a Bears fan? Maybe I was just mad due to the lack of stuff to cheer about.

 

Gabe, don't swing for the fences with 1 out, nobody on, down three runs in the ninth!

That is me, though I didn't bring it up at all during todays game. My explanation is that I root for the home teams (Chicago is closer than Green Bay). Another explanation is that I root for things that lose.
