2014-08-15 Brewers (Nelson) at Dodgers (Greinke), 9:10 PM CDT [Brewers win, 6-3; Nelson strong, OOOverbay clutch (3-RBI PH 2B)]

[rondoman]

Is it me or did Segura have a good chance to at least knock that down?

[wildcat83]

No way, he was about 10 feet away.

[rondoman]

I have a feeling the Brewers will come back and win. The Dodgers bullpen is VERY hittable.

[rondoman]

Way to hunker down Nelson! Mental toughness that could have been way worse.

[wildcat83]

.303 opponent batting average looks a lot better than Greinke

[rondoman]

This guy sucked in AAA. Cmon Crew!

[wildcat83]

That was quick, guess I should be careful what I wish for.

[rondoman]

Ouch. Segura leads off next inning too.

[topper09er]

Buck Martinez is a little more famous for this play

[rondoman]

Who's with Block on the radio and who is with Anderson on TV?

[dlk9s]

Jimmy Nelson lies in bed at night dreaming of facing a #3 starter.

[wildcat83]

Nelson's pitch count is in good shape, but only 9 outs left. Tough to give 1 up just to let him go one more inning

[wildcat83]

Who's with Block on the radio and who is with Anderson on TV?

Counsell is in the booth with BA

Thought they may have said Gord Ash on the radio broadcast, not positive.

Jimmy may have gone eight if the offense wasn't terrible yet again. More split squad lineups please.

[rondoman]

This is the inning.

[AZBrewCrew]

Whats the backstory with Gomez and the hyperbaric chamber?

[topper09er]

Gomez GIDPs on ball 4. Typical crap offense. Obvious interference on Segura there, RR needs to sit down

[dlk9s]

I don't normally get all that upset with Gomez's plate discipline, but man, he swung at an obvious ball four there.

[Bombers]

Some guts to stick your hand in the Jean but not a very smart play. He clearly interfered

[AZBrewCrew]

Cmon RRR get tossed

It is Gord Ash.

Yep

[crossface21]

I don't even think Segura was within 3 feet of touching 2nd base.

[rondoman]

Ugh. Gomez gonna Gomez.

[Abe525]

Gomez does not seem to be capable of not swinging at the first and (what should be) the last pitch of the at-bat. Yeesh.
