Well, if we're going to go on a losing streak before the end of the season, let's do it right. Only a few games out of the #6 draft spot.

Who would have thought back in June that Nelson would end up as our worst starter this year?

 

He's not good, back end starter at best. He has a good month or two each year and is horrendous the rest of the season. People are/were way too high on the guy. Garza is the same pitcher in his current state, or perhaps even a tad better yet people want his head chopped off. Blinded by the "he came from our system" positivity.

In theory I don't mind Braun being traded but man there is a chance this team can be really pathetic and hard to watch without him next year. Especially if they hold back guys like Brinson and Hader.
