Playoff Tickets-Lottery?

I was able to get 4 tickets to NLCS games 1, 2, and 6 in the Club Outfiled. No Club Infield availability for 4 tickets in any of those games. Can’t make it to Game 7 so didn’t look at those. We’ll have it clinched before then anyway...

Parking question. My buddy has a printed out preferred parking pass for today’s game that he won’t need. Will a picture of the bar code work, or do I need paper (or electronic copy) in hand?

Yah...I wouldn't do that. Pretty good chance they would deny that as that is not allowed. Would it scan?....well if the quality is right, yes. I wouldn't risk that in a long line of cars though.

It isn't hard at all to forward it in the app.

We were in section 218 yesterday and noticed that row 8 (or 7?) of section 217 was completely empty. The same row was mostly empty in section 216.

They hold tickets for people interested in securing tickets through a season ticket deposit for next year. That is why they announce ticket releases randomly after it was sold out. I am sure they hold them out for other reasons too.

Probably corporate Cub fans that wrote off the tickets as a business expense and didn't bother to resell.

I was in 204 row 1 yesterday. There are 27 "seats" yet there had to have been at least 30 people sitting in it.

Never thought about that. If the ushers are not checking everyone, SRO holders can kind of "create their own seat" in the bench style bleachers. I would be very annoyed if I had paid for one of those seats and that was happening.

What is it allowed? He has a printed copy. I’m not sure if he has anything else.

I don't get the question. He printed it out, so why not use that?

The problem is I am not sure I can get my hands on his printed copy beforehand.

If you each have Stubhub accounts, I think he can directly "sell" you the barcode number and then you can print it off or display it on your phone, although I'm not sure what the minimum price for that would be...

Even if they are checking at the top of the section all you have to have is a screenshot of a seat in that section. If they would’ve checked everyone in the row once seated there’s a good chance they’d have found duplicate tickets/screenshoots.

He had to have it on MLB Ballpark App didn't he? Even if he is a season ticket holder they can directly forward it from their account there. If it was on stubhub he can send you the file to print. He just has to pull it up to print, save it, and then email that to you.

If he has it electronically just have him screenshot it on his phone and send it. It will work that way.

You are not suppose to just have picture of it on your phone the way you are describing. That isn't legit at all.

The logistics of that would be problem-some as well, would everyone pass their phone down the row for the usher to check the "screenshot"? This didn't happen to me but I'm still very annoyed about it. People suck some times!

The pass was from a season ticket holder. I was able to get the print out. Should be golden.
