"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Is this thing ever going to actually start?

So OSU gets two guys drafted in the top three but somehow UW's offensive scheme is the reason they can't beat them.

(and the #1 pick started out there and couldn't start)

To continue that last post...

This is pretty remarkable. Ohio State has had the highest picked ...

• Non-QB in 3 of the last 5 years ('16, '19, '20).

• Defensive player 4 of last 5 years ('16, '18, '19, '20).

• D-lineman 3 of last 5 years ('16, '19, '20).

• DB 3 of last 4 years ('17, '18, '20).

It's not talent! It's scheme! And coaching and stuff!

The Giants like their guys, even if their guys aren’t the best on the board and they could trade back 10 spots and get them...

Gettleman has never once traded down in his career.

Giants gm wearing a mask while alone in his own house(or at least the room he was in) was kinda funny.

re: Gettleman

Just an FYI: Dave Gettleman was wearing a mask because he went through chemo two years ago and there is an IT person in his house.

Herbert bust of the draft. Saw that watching the Rose Bowl.

I'm not in agreement. I think that probably belongs to Tua. I am not a fan at all of what I have seen from him. I watch his "highlight" plays and most of it is superior talent at the skill positions making plays. Arm looks to be average at best which doesn't even take into account his injury history. I think Herbert has the ability to be the best QB out of this draft and is in a good position to succeed while waiting behind Taylor. While Burrow had a great year, I'll be curious to see how he moves forward likely being the starter day 1.

This seems way slower than normal. Also, this seems way more boring than normal.

Need a trade to liven things up.

Wonder if Gutey would move up now? Doubt he'd try for top 10 but here? Maybe.
