Anyone recognize this Brewers Auto?

I was going through my signed balls and came across this one. For the life of me, I can’t figure out this one. Im about 90% sure it’s a Brewer. Any help is appreciated.

I'm thinking Counsell as well, and a relative rush job at that (compared to the signed mini  bat we have from him at home).

Googling other Counsell autographs I would agree. It's got the same swoopies.
