Considering the former Brewers big leaguer (2015-2016) last played professionally in 2019, this would be the former San Diego 2016 2nd round pick, who has also played in the Oakland and LA Dodgers organizations.

Michael Reed - Dodgers released him on 4/29, yet to make big league debut, recently turned 28 years old, switch-hitter, has seen action across the OF spots.

C/1B Tayden Hall is dealing with a nagging lower back injury.  He is headed to Arizona to see a specialist and, at this point, it seems as though his absence may be longer than his first stay on the IL this season.  That being said, this is not a situation that should keep him out longer than a month, hence the 7-day IL placement.

Right knee soreness (not the knee he had surgery on last season). Team thinks it's just a minor niggle but being especially careful given his track record on the treatment table

Curious why Gray Jr. was sent back down.  Interesting.

Just got Bello's autograph Sunday.  Also interesting that he'd retire, but he certainly wasn't getting a lot of playing time with the t-rats.  Seemed to at least be healthy this year.

I don't think that Gray was really prepared for the level adjustment, then he ended up going 2-for-37 at Biloxi with just one walk. Hopefully OF Tristen Lutz is healthy and returning to the Shuckers lineup.

Maybe we'll hear from Micah at some point. For now, I'll assume the nicks and injuries just became too much - missed 2 months in mid-2021, missed 3 months to conclude 2022 season, probably faced some new issue recently (last played 9 days ago). Hopefully he's on course to earning a university degree somewhere after being drafted in 2018 directly out of high school.

Gray seems like a guy who just isn't going to figure things out.  One of many I guess.

His 2 for 37 didn't help him for sure.  Would have been nice had the Brewers left him in Appleton to begin with, where he was having a pretty good season.  We'll see what happens from here on out.
