Well it looks like development and not the “baseball” from the Turang ascension skeptics. The teams focus on improving their HDS the last 2-3 years is incredibly exciting and the missing link to a full-fledged dynamic infrastructure. 

I’ve never been more confident in this team winning a WS or two over the next decade.

I'm very new to baseball technical ideas, but have had a sporting background all my life and the key in almost any sport to maximising power output is balance. You can see immediately how much more control his body seems to have, and it's so interesting to see how much he's improved alongside tangible results. And that glove looks slickkkkk

Fangraphs also said he had a very low chase rate. The great thing for Brice is speed and defensive range are going to be important with the rule changes. The rule changes raise his floor up a little bit, which is good.

Something I don't see pointed out in that thread, but something alluded to on more than one occasion by Nasvhville manager Rick Sweet in 2022, is the batting stance adjustment made to Turang's hands in the 2021-2022 off-season. Notice how much further back the old hands are. He has centered them directly over his base and aligned to his core. Everything is more compact upper body opening up those lower body and center pivot power centers. It's a beautiful maturation and just beginning. It's a key reason why I kept pointing out: He is just tapping into his power. Can he maintain that consistency at the highest level? Knowing his work ethic and his overall vastly underrated athletic profile, I'm guessing yes and it is just a matter of time.

My only question with Turang is would he have enough power to be a MLB starter. If these adjustments do that, we have our shortstop of the future in Brice.
