Other teams don't seem to have trouble finding relievers that can consistently throw strikes...

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

Hopefully now that they have addressed the pace of play they can find a way to fix the rotating strike zone

A dreary but unsurprising defeat.

At least it will get lost in the news of the Rodgers trade and the epic Bucks collapse.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Bucks spit the bit, been a good night.

That was full on exorcist head pivot and light speed projectile vomit.

Yeah, not exactly a banner day for Wisconsin sports.

Cousins looks the same to me. He can be dominant if he can get ahead in the count. Didn't do enough of that tonite but managed to turn in a scoreless outing.

Wiemer looked bad at the plate tonite. But let's remember he was ticketed for AAA at the beginning of the season & is now being thrown out there every day. That's a tough position to be in & still keep your head above water. I'm thinking/hoping at least one of Frelick or Taylor will be here in maybe a couple weeks. I think Joey benefits from sticking primarily in RF.

If you're talking called balls and strikes flipping through the game day. It only appeared to be 4-2 in Milwaukees favor today. And maybe 1 of those was w9rse than close.

If it's an on field excursion I didn't watch or listen to game so I wouldn't know what happened.

Just really hurt when Boyd got a clear ball called a strike on a 1-1 count with the bases loaded and 2 outs. Perkins probably doesn't get a hit either way but 2-1 would have been way different than 1-2.

One positive from today is Bryse Wilson is actually looking like a good pitcher. Would not be surprised if he pitches himself into a more high leverage type role if he keeps this up. He's also under control through the 2026 season if he can keep this up.

Two solo homeruns, a bunch of strikeouts and overall uninspiring offense. Felt like 2022 all over again.

The 2022 offense was better than what the 2023 offense has done.
