Is there any rumored player you'd be open to including Chourio in a trade?

His trade value is quite insane right now, just curious others thoughts on who you'd consider trading him for...or if he's just a hard off limits even for a Trout/Ohtani/etc type talent. I've always believed personally in baseball that there's a price for every player. Curious what others think.

Rumored player? Probably Ohtani before the Angles took him off the market but even that would have been a really hard pill to swallow. Maybe Juan Soto? Can’t think of anyone else.

The brewers easily could have traded for Ohtani with their prospect capital. Given that he is a free agent and will most likely get close to 500 million it would be the most foolish trade in the history of baseball though. I agree with Jake the only player I would trade Chourio for would be Acuna and his absolute steal of a long term contract.

Not really. The only player I'd consider giving up Chourio for is a player with 3+ years of control remaining and elite current performance. None of them are on the market.

Here's the list: Acuna, Strider, Carroll, Rodriguez, Tatis Jr., Franco, Henderson.

Even then, I'm unsure about a couple of these names.

4.5 years of Luis Robert is something I'd consider Chourio for.

For me that's pretty much it.  Guys with Chourio's body of work should get every opportunity to prove they aren't a HOF-caliber talent and are rightfully deemed untradeable minor league assets  for any realistic scenarios.
