This Biloxi Bullpen is bad

They are talented. But, a lot of their talent is having down or very inconsistent years. They've had their moments recently but they were also getting insane run production from their bats. Losing RHP Harold Chirinos was a big loss. RHP Cam Robinson has been very solid now in recent SVO's. That's a big development considering how far South his year had turned. The problem is, you just don't know what you're getting from literally any bullpen arm on any given night. That's a hard road to travel. AND, yet, they still hold a 3.0 G lead in their division for the 2nd half. Pensacola is essentially a non-factor because they already won the 1st half (currently tied with the Wahoos in the 2nd half).

But, the bullpen is their Achilles' heel. Just as scoring runs is the Brewers. It is what it is.

16 walks for brewers dos.. Incredible numbers, with just two hits

Reminds me of little league.  Age wise the DSL is closer to little league than the big leagues.

In the old days with expanded rosters I'd agree.  But now with only getting to add two players in September, I think they bring back Miller or Toro as right now they only have four guys who can play 2b/SS/3B.  Pitcher will likely be Lauer.

Pitcher would be Ashby if he’s ready.

Losing Chirino & Yeager has hurt the Biloxi bullpen. Hopefully they will both be healthy to start off next season and not be with Biloxi long before getting the bump to Nashville.

Both have good potential to be a part of the MKE shuttle next season at some point in time.

Chirino is scheduled to be a minor league free agent this October. He already came back once as this is his 8th pro season.

I never heard what happened with Yeager. It was his elbow, then he's been out for the season, so I assumed TJ.

I take it that's not the case or you wouldn't be hoping he'd be healthy to start next year. So any updates?

There have been zero reports detailing the nature of Justin Yeager’s injury.

Ok, so I'll assume TJ. When it's forearm, then elbow...it's usually TJ. So hopefully back around this time next year and maybe part of the '25 pen.

He has an electric arm, so...still not giving up!
