Man if you could somehow snag a decent young starter for him you can set the table for a nice window of playoff chances.

I know it won't happen but would anyone really complain about that? Those are the kind of moves a small market team that has never won a World Series needs to make.An innovative GM would do that.

I really don’t think Adames would fetch nearly that much, especially for 1/2 season. Maybe a low A pitcher lottery ticket.
