Brewers (Montas) vs A's (Estes): 8/25/24, 3:07pm

Different sport, but I got paired up with an NBA ref a couple of years ago golfing. Very interesting perspectives - they do have a ranking system and the bottom 25% (I don’t remember the exact number) are put in watch for being replaced. This ref hated that. He was basing it on the idea that there was a high standard just to get the job, and not a huge amount of variation in their metrics from best to worst. 
I think baseball has more variation, plus is more possible to use technology, though.

Didn't you just spend several posts in a recent thread badgering another poster by telling that poster what his post meant?  I'm sure you'll have an explanation as to why that was OK.  The irony is indeed, thick.

There is zero irony because a) I'm not even the poster who pointed that out I was agreeing with another poster and b) the plain wording of the post was right there and was pretty much impossible to be interpreted any other way according to the meaning of the words used whereas Turbo is questioning the intent behind my posts and claiming he knows my intent (which exists only in my brain) better than I do which is pretty audacious. Btw, nice resurrecting a day old argument. lol. Hopefully by tomorrow you and Turbo will get over it.

LOL, this is nothing but deflective word salad.  I did not resurrect any argument.  I just used the thread as an example of your unabashed hypocrisy and stunning lack of self awareness.  Which is hysterical because the badgering of said poster was based on a post that was weeks old, but now you have a problem with old posts being brought up that show your nature (hypocrisy much)?

At least you have some scruples to admit you were just piling on to another posters argument.  I read the Montas trade thread and don't think you had single post (or opinion).  Yet you had the audacity, to use your word, to suggest others needed to explain their opinions.  That's just weak.

You're trying to argue a difference with zero distinction.  You were trying to assign your meaning to another posters post and when the same was done to you, you didn't like it.  It's there, plane as day.  I'll "get over it", whatever that means, when I "get over it".

Am I supposed to be ashamed because I don't lurk on this site 24/7 waiting for people to post and then react immediately.?  I mean what is the almighty Brewcrew82's rules on how long it should take to respond to a post?  Am I doing the internet wrong?  Is it not just he Brewers you are the ultimate authority on, is it internet protocol too?

LOL, classic deflection.  What exactly is it I need to get past?o   Am I supposed to "get over it" like you did in that other thread where you badgered another poster, is that "getting over it"  You keep responding, sounds like you need to get past something.  I hope you find the peace you are looking for.
