I think they changed the play and someone missed it.  Too bad Kraft didn't just stop and get set to avoid the penalty

Random gripe but I've never understood why a game penalty and a personal foul offset. Always seemed odd to me.

I agree but I suppose many personal fouls are kind of like technical things. There should be flagrant fouls that are not cancelable.
