You could set it up there on a t and I don't think we could make solid contact.

Come on Yelich would hit the hardest groundball ever recorded.

This sorry bunch makes average pitchers look like Cy Young.

The Twins should pitch Kody Clemens tomorrow. This offense will make him look like his old man.

Chourio is going to get ruined, isn't he?

This has to be a real concern and why they needed to hire a proven hitting coach like Kevin Seitzer who is doing wonders in Seattle with Edgar Martinez. Guys like Chourio and the future hitters like Wilken and Pratt need better coaches.

This absolutely really sucks! I could not watch the Bucks play, and now I can’t watch the Brewers. Like a post stated before, why are all the pitchers they are facing,  looking like CY Young pitchers? Do we need a new hitting coach? Smelling salts? Are the players offended because the manager has called them out? What is really going on?

All they want to talk about is reinforcements are coming. Woodruff this, Civale that, Hall, Ashby blah blah blah. As much as I'm sick of hearing that, unless they are accompanied by the second comings of Molitor, Yount, Fielder and Braun, what difference is it going to make?

Its the middle of May and Ortiz has a .459 OPS.

His mechanics need a rework before he's ever going to hit at this level with any consistency.

Yeah it's super lame at this point; we're also supposed to be relying on guys who can't stay healthy and who had mixed results even when they *were* here, aside from a healthy Woodruff, a few starts from Civale, and some good outings for Ashby last year.

It's just not a good team right now.

Can Woodruff play some third base when he's not starting we could use his bat in the lineup.

The problem is none of those guys you mentioned are hitters, which is what we desperately need. The starting pitching is actually the strength of this team, which is really sad.

Woody can't hit worth a lick. People need to stop equating one lucky home run seven years ago with elite hitting.
