We can’t afford to give the Cubs another game today

Not sure about the lineup but is is somewhat better than yesterday

Hopefully, we win & hold at least a six game lead at end of day

That Bob Uecker commemoration before the game was simply terrific!

Appropriate for a terrific man!

I am cheering extra hard for the "Uecks" today!

I love the fact all the players have "Ueck" on the back of their jerseys.   It was too cool to see the entire team come out on the field to join Bob's family for the ceremonial first pitch by Bob Jr.

Willy Adames is by far my former favorite Brewer. Such an outstanding person and really likeable

He is wearing his Bob Uecker shoes today.  I have no will ill towards him.  Don't blame him for going for that contract.  His new team may be watching the playoffs from their sofas.

I thought today would have been a good day to finally get Yelich a day off against a tough lefty. Hasn't had a day off in a while off the top of my head.

Sentimentally, Yelich is not taking off on Bob Uecker day.

Good grief … there is no way to gauge the impact of the loss of last year’s first base coach

Borbon isn’t nearly as good as Berry

We look like little leaguers in the bases recently

Day 3 of letting Adames live in the heads of a select few here. I guess I can’t wait for him to leave too just so it stops. It’s bizarre.

That looked to be all on Frelick.  I can't really say there has been bad base running because of the 1st base coach.  It has been the players really.

Please explain what the first base coach is supposed to do there.  That’s 100% on Frelick

How would you explain the statistical differences in 2024 & 2025? We actually have more speed this year. The only significant change is the first base coach.

That sign usually come from the 3rd base coach unless it was Sals decision.

How bizarrely aggressive. I didn't realize each person needed a specific mention when the crowd has been obvious.

Who are the others?

How interesting that you felt the need to comment immediately after my post.

Because he chose to leave Milwaukee

The Brewers were never gonna give him anywhere near the contract he got nor should they. Doesn’t mean you have to have ill will towards someone because they got paid big
