kind of surprised not to see Fischer at this point. Seems like a number of guys have fallen in the rankings.

Since I was curious, the record for any top 100 list is San Diego, with 10 in 2019. There have been a few cases of 9, which we'd hit if/when Fischer joins the list.

I love to see Lara get some love.

I know everyone is obsessed with power and there’s two things in regards to that with Lara:

1) As we’ve seen with Turang and Frelick, to different extents, a lot of talented, athletic prospects see their power become at least passable as they enter their mid 20s. In Turang’s case it appears it will get to above average.

2) More importantly, if a player is an elite defender at an important position, being a switch hitter who can hit for average, draw walks, and steal bases is enough, even if they never develop much pop. If Blake Perkins hit 270 with a 360 obp, he would steal 30 plus bags and his defense would do the rest. Add in the fact that he’d most likely win a gold glove playing every day at and that is an awesome player at center field.

P.S. I love me some switch hitters.
