We've scored 2.7 runs per game in our last 23 playoff games.  That includes two games where we scored 7 runs and one game where we scored 9 runs.  If you take away those 3 games the other 20 games we've averaged 1.95 runs per game.

Jackson Chourio hit himself in the back of his leg on his backswing. If you slow it down, you can see the end of the bat hit his leg and he immediately tries rubbing it out. I don’t think it’s related to his hamstring injury. Not that it really matters this season.

And this is exactly why the early exits from the playoffs the last bunch of years.

Murphy using Uribe every other game for 6 and a half months straight has finally worn him down. Uribe is clearly out of gas. His average sinker velo in the regular season was 98.7mph. The hardest sinker he's thrown in the NLCS is 97.7mph. His average velo is down over 2mph on both his sinker and slider in this series.

Honestly if we're going to lose I'd prefer it to be like this. I get my money back for Games 6 and 7, and I've had my lifetime fill of watching other teams celebrate the pennant on our field. In my dreamlike state I thought we might be up 3-2 and wanted to make sure I'd be there for the pennant. Maybe someday I guess.

Get ready for a baseball strike, the scores may have been but the games were not close. Brewers, arguably the second best team in baseball were not close to the dodgers. Not even a little bit.
