It's pretty hard to say who will benefit and who will "lose" by this move. If this was couched as "revenue sharing," where the Pirates and the Rays are provided the same equipment at their stadiums as what the Dodgers have in theirs, I don't think many people would care that much.

This also means that road data will now be available to all the teams. So presumably, the Brewers will now have more information with which to outsmart the competition.

Unless I'm misunderstanding, this just seems to be about bringing all affiliated ball into the 21st century.
