The Brewers touched up Max Fried for six runs, including two earned runs, during his previous start against Milwaukee. That said, the Brewers still lost that game, 20-9. The outcome might have been different had the Crew limited the Yankees to fewer than nine home runs that day. 🙂

Jacob Misiorowski makes his eight start of the season and looks to regain the major league lead in strikeouts. Miz trails Cristopher Sánchez and Gavin Williams by only one strikeout despite having one fewer start.

Milwaukee and New York have nearly identical batting averages on-base percentages. Yankees have way more power, though. Team OPS of .794. Plus, Spencer Jones will likely make his big league debut this weekend. source

As of early May 2026, the Milwaukee Brewers are off to an 0-4 start when wearing their new "Wisco Way" City Connect jerseys, which debuted on April 10, 2026.

Can I say one thing about sabathia.   And I advocated for this a long time ago.    I don’t care if he only played a half season for the brewers.    He deserves to be in the brewers hall of fame

The Brewers “Walk of Fame” requires at least three seasons with the Brewers or Milwaukee Braves. 

Sabathia was inducted into the Wall of Honor today. I think that’s an appropriate recognition

When I looked a couple of weeks ago at the difficult stretch of games facing the Brewers, this series really stood out. 

I hope the Brewers can get at least one in this series. It’s going to be difficult against that powerful lineup, especially with their top 2 SP going tonight and tomorrow.
