I wouldn’t expect Adams to get called up since he is not on the 40-man.  Lockridge is the likely add when rosters expand along with Black and maybe another pitcher or two.  
 

Baddo is probably the most likely removal from the 40-man if they wanted to add Adams.

You can add one pitcher, but can't go over 14 w/regards to a pitching staff. I've never paid attention to other teams' additions but assume adding one pitcher & one position player is standard.

I agree Baddoo is probably the one to go if they need 40-man room.

I think they should call up Adams as they are still kind of weak against LHP, bottom third. Lockridge would be a nice guy to have if he was one of those guys that crushed LHP but not the case.

I think they tipped their hand when they brought up Naylor for the Sunday game.

My guess is he will be the call up.
