He simply not capable of building a well-rounded roster that doesn't have some gaping hole in it. 

He can find some talent but the job is building a complete team.

For the most part I like what Gannon's done with the defense.

Even with a ton of injuries they seem to be the most consistent unit.

The amount of injuries in this ridiculous sport are just as big a problem as how bad it translates to TV, the commercials, the endless lengthy reviews, the officiating and flags, and how generally bad our team is.

We don't have another guy that would make anybody's roster other than Jacobs. 

I don't know what kind of a deal Wilson got but he would have been by far the second best option.
