And Cappy picks one off!!! A very fluid move, not quite like that Doug Davis pickoff that was too good in the mind of the ump (who called it a balk).

Two no-hit innings for Cappy. A good start for his 2005. Let's see if he can make it three. He didn't use too many pitches, he's cruising. His limit is 40, right?

Fielder gets another RBI and C-Lee goes deep. Now that's a beautiful sentence.

Capellan now pitching in the Seattle game.

Carlos just knocked a 3run Homer? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Sutton makes it sound like it is set in stone that Jose Cappy is a lock for the bullpen coming out of spring training. I knew this was rumored, but is this a for sure thing.

Jenkins making a great play in right is very encouraging.

Especially considering the Carlos Lee offensive outing going on the other diamond.

Well, from the sound of it, the first hit should have been caught by Nelson, but he took a few steps back and it fell in front of him.

No worries.

Loopee...Dan Meyer (former Braves prospect that came over in Hudson trade) started for the A's. I got a running box score goin for that game on page 2...Hendrickson has run into a lot trouble in the bottom of the second...gave up 5 runs...all with 2 outs,....

Click on Page 2 and scroll down a few for the box.
