7/11/2004 - Brewers (Santos) vs. Reds (Acevedo)

The Vampire will have to wake up as he is pitching in the sun today. This game proably means just as much as last nights and If the Brewers win this one then they would go into the ASG in good shape. There will probably be another big crowd today as I am pretty sure it is Retro Logo Hat day.

The Brewers are playing for a shot at second place today. A Brewer win and a Cub loss means the Brewers would be alone in second place at the All-Star break. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to look at those standings for the next four days!!!

 

That being said, I expect a semi-high scoring game today. For whatever reason, Santos doesn't pitch as well during the day, and the Reds can hit a little bit. My heart says Brewers win 7-5 but my head says Reds win 7-4.
